CONSTRUCTION UPDATE!!!
🏗️ Jal Schools Construction Update 🏗️
We’re excited to share the latest progress on several projects happening across the district!
⚾ Baseball Field
The baseball facility is nearly complete and looking great! Locker rooms are finished with flooring, fixtures, partitions, and lockers all installed. Turf is down, and two new bullpens are complete. The field will be ready to open the season for Panther Baseball!
🚌 Bus Barn
Construction is moving right along at the bus barn. Block walls are going up, and the building is really starting to take shape. While there’s still work to be done, progress continues steadily.
🏫 Junior High Testing Addition
The exterior is fully gold coated, and interior work is underway with framing and HVAC installation. Drywall and glass installation are coming soon, and the addition is really starting to come together.
🎒 Elementary Addition
Interior work continues with flooring, cabinetry, lockers, and most bathrooms completed. Exterior brickwork is nearing completion, and sheetrock installation is underway on the north side. The project is making strong progress.
🏟️ Athletics – Indoor Facility
Electrical rough-in work is ongoing. Next up is pouring the large concrete slab over the existing floor, followed by steel going vertical.
🛢️ Oil & Gas Program Facility
This facility is complete and already in use! Students are actively learning in the space. We invite the community to join us for the Grand Opening on February 16 at 5:00 PM. This exciting new program helps prepare our students for the workforce.
