Jal, New Mexico

Jal Elementary School provides students in the upper grade levels with the opportunity to participate in organized sports. Currently there are seven intramural sports activities which take place throughout the year. Students can volunteer to play volleyball, flag football, dodgeball, soccer, basketball, kickball and floor hockey. All teams are co-ed with the exception of basketball, which has boys and girls divisions. The teams are divided evenly and games take place during the morning or lunch recess periods. Playoffs at the end of the season determine an Intramural Champion!
